Luiza Miller is an attorney admitted to the District of Columbia Bar. She has almost 20 years of experience in legal immigration matters. An immigrant herself, Attorney Luiza Miller came to the United States the later part of her adolescent life. The United States gave her the opportunity to accomplish herself and find her professional vocation: Immigration Law.
She graduated in 1998 from University of Spiru Haret in Bucharest, Romania with a degree in law. She is also a graduate of the University of Bucharest with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology (1999). The unique combination of law and sociology, the study of law and the study of society, combined with a fast apprehension of foreign languages render Luiza Miller as a professional and capable attorney, passionate about her work and very understanding of the background of each of her clients.
The core of her expertise in immigration matters is represented by employment based and family based non-immigrant and immigrant visas. She specializes in employment visas for professionals, international transferees, investors, skilled workers, individuals with exceptional abilities in the fields of arts, sports, business and sciences. In addition she is a firm promoter of keeping families together, therefore she is assisting families with family petitions, legal permanent residency and waivers for grounds of inadmissibility. She also possesses extensive experience in matters regarding J-1 visa waivers, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), FOIA, FBI background checks and deportation.

Prior to becoming an Immigration Attorney in 2010, Luiza A.
