As the Senior Attorney for the Family Immigration Department at DLG, Nicholas is in charge of overseeing all family related immigration matters, International student issues, criminal issues as they relate to client eligibility, and all other victim-based immigration cases (U visas, VAWA applications, I-601 and I-601A waivers, etc). He also assists DLG and its employment-based immigration department on cases related to professional visas.
Active in immigration court as well, Nicholas regularly appears on behalf of clients in deportation proceedings for both private as well as pro bono cases. Additionally, he appears with clients at interviews before USCIS, ICE, and CBP. Nicholas received his Bachelors Degree from the University of California – Los Angeles (UCLA) and his Law Degree from Loyola Law School in Downtown Los Angeles.
