Elizabeth Jamae is a U.S. immigration lawyer and partner at D’Alessio Law Group. She specializes in corporate immigration law for startups and corporations. She leads the technology practice group and counsels startups and multi-national corporations in obtaining non-immigrant visa status for founders and essential foreign employees. Elizabeth works with corporations, individuals, universities, and research institutes to secure E, H, O, J, L, and TN visas, as well as permanent residency based on extraordinary ability or outstanding research, for foreign national employees, trainees, and scholars.
Elizabeth spends a majority of her time in Europe and Asia speaking and mentoring companies expanding to the US. She is a mentor to major accelerators such as Seedcamp, Muru-D, and Draper University as well as a regular mentor with UK Tech City.
Elizabeth earned her law degree from South Texas College of Law. She attended The University of Texas at Austin to earn her undergraduate degree with a Bachelor of Arts, Near and Middle Eastern Studies.
