The EB-5 Investor Program is the most flexible immigration program in the world.

What kinds of people invest in the EB-5?
The majority of EB-5 investors are people who wish for their children better opportunities in the United States of America.
For people that can afford to invest at least $500,000, the EB5 visa is an option worth considering.
The following types of investors are seeking Direct EB-5 or Regional Center cases:
People who have dependent children under 21 years old who want to attend a US university to live and work in the US after graduation.
People living in countries such as Russia, China, Brazil, Venezuela, and India who are not eligible for an E-2 treaty visa.
Retirees
*Under current law, there are up to 10,000 “EB-5” visas available annually
The Different EB-5 Visa Options
There are two EB-5 programs – the Basic EB-5 Visa and the EB-5 Regional Center Pilot Program.
Under the Basic EB-5 Visa program, you must make an investment of at least $1,000,000 or $500,000 in a‘Targeted Employment Area’ (TEA) into a new commercial enterprise that you maintain a policy making role, and that leads to the direct creation of employment for at least 10 full-time U.S. workers.
*The investment may consist of various forms of capital, and other tangible equivalents.
Under the EB-5 Regional Center Pilot Program you must make a cash investment of at least $500,000 in a TEA within a Designated Regional Center that leads to the direct, or indirect creation of employment for at least 10 full-time U.S. workers.
Pre-Immigration Financial Planning
Applying for the EB-5 visa and obtaining the green card triggers a multitude of complex tax issues, due to the fact that the U.S. taxes green card-holders on a worldwide basis.
EB-5 investors should both anticipate their U.S. tax undertakings when making the visa application and engage in pre-immigration planning that softens or even eliminates the fiscal impact of such undertakings.
Our endeavor is to provide individualized solutions that accomplish your immigration goals and reduce U.S. taxation on permanent resident-non-citizens, and ensure that succession, privacy and protection concerns balance with immigration, tax-efficiency and wealth management.
We provide the consultation, advice, education and assistance you’ll require throughout the entire relocation process.
